THE #CSAAZ2018 TWEET WALL
The TWEET WALL for the 24th Annual Commander SAAZ Interplanetary Blastoff is csaaz2018.everwall.com. Go to this link to view what’s being tweeted about our event. This wall will be up only until September 17th. Projector willing, we will have this wall displayed at the Splashdown Dinner on Saturday, September 14th. If not, you can watch it on your phone using the link.
This is an interactive wall and you’re invited to participate, whether at the event or remotely. Use your Twitter account and tweet comments, smack talk, congratulations to our winners, and photos you took at the event. Actually, the best tweets are those with photos! Tweet early, tweet often, but make sure you include one of the hashtags #CmdrSAAZ2018 or #CSAAZ2018 to ensure your tweet makes it to the wall. We’ll be tweeting the winners as they are announced.
Looking for something fun to tweet? Use the NASA Selfie App at https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/apps/#nasaselfies during the event days to “astronaut yourself” (or your kids or your pet), then tweet the pic using #CmdrSAAZ2018 or #CSAAZ2018.
THE SPLASHDOWN DINNER & AWARDS LIVE FEED
Didn’t make it to the event this year? We’ll be live streaming the awards presentations during the Splashdown. Yeah, the dinner starts earlier, but we don’t think anyone’s interested in watching us eat. Since the awards are scheduled to start around 8:30PM Eastern, we’ll try to go live sometime around 8:15 so you can get your end set up and tested. There will be breaks in between some of the awards presentations for raffles, which we know is tremendously boring for those of you watching live, but it’s pretty exciting for those at the event with a handful of tickets (be here next year and go home with some cool stuff!)… just think of those breaks as glass refill breaks.

If you can’t open the link directly, try copying it into your browser. Should we have an issue with the streaming and some seems to be amiss, check back here in case we have to post a new link for some reason… not that anything ever goes wrong with a live stream (cough, cough!).
