SAAZ Intraclub Brew Challenge
CHALLENGE #2 – SWEET AS HONEY
Brew something with honey – beer, mead or cider. The goal is to feature honey in your brew. All styles welcome. Each brewer will receive 1lb of Webb’s World Famous Honey. Winner will be selected at the Spring Party.
HAPPY BREWING and GOOD LUCK! Remember if you do not complete the challenge and took honey it will affect your ability to participate in the future.
CHALLENGE #3 – SPRING FLING COMPETITION
To help Keith and our judges prepare for another Epic Commander SAAZ, we want to hold a smaller SPRING FLING competition.
SAAZ members are invited to enter 3 bottles of homebrew from BJCP Categories 10, 12, 13 & 14. Cost to enter is $3 per entry and winner of Best of Show will take half the cash home. Other prizes awards for Gold in each category. Get brewing now! Entry information to come out soon.

First committee meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th, 7pm at WOB.

The SAAZ Library is full of great books and magazines to help make you a better brewer. You can view the entire list of publications here. If you see something that interests you, simply send an email to the librarian with your name and the publication title, and the Librarian will bring it to the next monthly member meeting.
